Sustainability –

OUR COMMITMENT

FOR THE FUTURE

Sustainability at Daresourcing

At Daresourcing, sustainability is more than just a trend – it is our standard at every stage of production. From certified materials to ethical supply chains, we combine responsibility with innovation.

Our Sustainability Strategy

At Daresourcing, sustainability is not an add-on – it is an integral part of our corporate identity. As a specialist in responsible textile sourcing, we have firmly embedded both ecological and social responsibility into our business strategy. Every production and decision-making process follows the principle of transparency-based sustainability.

Anchored in Our Corporate DNA

Since our founding, we have viewed sustainable business practices as the foundation of our success. From the selection of certified materials and close cooperation with STEP-certified suppliers to long-term customer relationships, our entire approach is built on a holistic understanding of sustainability. We rely on verifiable standards rather than empty promises.

Alignment with International Sustainability Goals

Our strategy is closely aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the ESG criteria (Environment, Social, Governance). In doing so, we make tangible contributions to the following objectives:

  • SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
  • SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production
  • SDG 13: Climate Action

In addition, we regularly evaluate our progress using internal ESG indicators to achieve measurable improvements and provide our customers with reliable insights.

Responsibility in the Supply Chain

A sustainable supply chain begins with the selection of the right partners – and at Daresourcing, this choice is no coincidence. We work exclusively with certified production facilities that demonstrably commit to high ecological and social standards.

Partner Selection Based on International Standards

Our production partners undergo strict certification processes according to the STeP by OEKO-TEX® standard. This holistic approach assesses, among other aspects:

  • Environmental management and resource efficiency
  • Occupational safety and social responsibility
  • Chemical management and wastewater treatment
  • Transparent management systems

Furthermore, many of our products carry the “Made in Green by OEKO-TEX®” label, which guarantees sustainability and traceability across all stages of production.

Traceability & Transparency

All our certified products can be traced back to their origin via a QR code. This gives our customers and business partners full transparency regarding:

  • Production and Dyeing Facilities
  • Involved Processing Steps
  • Audit and Certification Status
  • Compliance with Defined Sustainability Criteria

This traceability is not only a benchmark for quality but also a reflection of our corporate values.

Fair Working Conditions & Social Responsibility

Our partners are committed to upholding strict social standards, including:

  • Regulated working hours and living wages
  • Safe and hygienic working environments
  • Prohibition of child and forced labor
  • Equal treatment and employee participation

In addition, we support targeted training programs – for example, on human rights, occupational safety, and environmental awareness throughout the supply chain.

Certificates & Standards

Sustainable reliability is built on verified standards. That’s why we regularly have our products and processes certified by independent institutions. Below is an overview of our key sustainability certifications:

Our production partners operate under the STeP by OEKO-TEX® certification system, which assesses both ecological and social conditions in textile factories.

In addition, many of our products carry the “Made in Green” label – a QR-traceable certification that guarantees transparency and product safety.

The Green Button is the official German government label for sustainable textiles. The latest version, 2.0.1, sets particularly high standards for both:

  • Product
    (e.g. materials, chemical use, washability)

  • Company
(e.g. risk management, transparency, human rights due diligence)

As a company, we meet all certification requirements for version 2.0.1 and have our own-brand products certified accordingly.

As a member of the German Partnership for Sustainable Textiles, we are committed to continuous improvement of our sustainability performance throughout the supply chain, with a focus on:

  • Environmental standards
  • Social responsibility
  • Corporate ethics and transparency

The Partnership unites business, politics, and civil society to achieve global improvements in the textile sector.
