About us
Sustainable Workwear with Hanseatic Values
DARESOURCING was founded in 2022 in Hamburg – but our roots go much deeper. Our managing director was already involved in the development of sustainable textile business models before the company’s founding and brought extensive experience in materials science, production, procurement, and quality assurance. After many successful years in the conventional textile industry, the vision emerged: economic success must go hand in hand with social and environmental responsibility.
Today, we develop certified workwear that exceeds European standards. Our products carry the official Grüner Knopf 2.0.1 label and the international OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN certification. As a Hamburg-based company, we act according to Hanseatic values.
Our collaboration with international corporations, the automotive industry, the healthcare sector, and government organizations has shown us that the demand for sustainable solutions is steadily growing. That’s why we rely on innovative concepts to actively help shape the transformation of the textile industry.

For 2025, we are planning to expand our recycling infrastructure, including biodegradable packaging solutions. At the same time, we are investing in sustainable energy supply and the greening of factory grounds.

With over 20 years of industry experience, he is responsible for strategy, procurement, development, and quality. His focus: certified functional textiles and the development of innovative workwear solutions.
Samantha Focks
Project Manager for Sustainability & Wellbeing
With an academic background in biology and nutrition, she is responsible for employee wellbeing, sustainability communication, and audit coordination.
Lea Brechmann
Head of Corporate Sustainability
She develops sustainable corporate strategies and oversees the social and environmental performance of our suppliers. Her focus areas: transparency, strategic development, and communication.
Han Xu
Internationaler Manager für Ethik und Compliance / Art Director
He is responsible for visual concept, ethics, and international design. His expertise in 3D animation and UI design shapes the visual identity of our collections.

Our products proudly carry the state-issued label for sustainable textiles. The Grüner Knopf independently verifies whether companies uphold human rights and environmental standards in their supply chains.
OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN
This label guarantees the traceability of our products and confirms they are tested for harmful substances. It stands for clean production and good working conditions.
