About us

Sustainable Workwear with Hanseatic Values

DARESOURCING was founded in 2022 in Hamburg – but our roots go much deeper. Our managing director was already involved in the development of sustainable textile business models before the company’s founding and brought extensive experience in materials science, production, procurement, and quality assurance. After many successful years in the conventional textile industry, the vision emerged: economic success must go hand in hand with social and environmental responsibility.

Today, we develop certified workwear that exceeds European standards. Our products carry the official Grüner Knopf 2.0.1 label and the international OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN certification. As a Hamburg-based company, we act according to Hanseatic values.

Our collaboration with international corporations, the automotive industry, the healthcare sector, and government organizations has shown us that the demand for sustainable solutions is steadily growing. That’s why we rely on innovative concepts to actively help shape the transformation of the textile industry.

Hanseatic Values – Our Corporate Spirit

Hamburg is not just our location; it’s our identity. The values of the Hanseatic League – responsibility, reliability, partnership – continue to shape our actions today.

What does “Hanseatic” mean to DARESOURCING?

  • Responsibility:
We take responsibility for our products, partners, the environment, and society.
  • Transparency:
Our supply chains are traceable, and our communication is clear.
  • Sustainability:
We think in decades, not in quarters. Our goal is a climate-friendly, fair way of doing business.
  • Fairness:
We strive for long-term, trust-based relationships with our customers and partners.

The Hanseatic League was always open to the world, connecting different cultures through trade and exchange. DARESOURCING follows this principle by promoting sustainable and ethical practices on a global scale and working closely with international partners.

Our mission statement

“We combine economic success with social and environmental responsibility.”

Our Vision for the Future

We aim to transform the textile industry through sustainable innovation. Our specific goals include:

  • Use of environmentally friendly materials:
We promote the cultivation of organic cotton and support sustainable agriculture.
  • Reduction of textile waste:
We focus on circular economy principles, recycling concepts, and material recovery.
  • Responsible production:
Our partners undergo regular audits and meet ethical and social standards.
  • Sustainable workplace design:
In addition to textiles, we develop eco-friendly furniture and ergonomic workplace solutions.

For 2025, we are planning to expand our recycling infrastructure, including biodegradable packaging solutions. At the same time, we are investing in sustainable energy supply and the greening of factory grounds.
